If you wish to cancel your order, or If any Goods you have purchased are faulty, damaged or incorrect when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect (or incorrectly priced) Goods, please contact us at hello@xachoh.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event, within 30 days of receipt) to inform us of the problem and to arrange for a refund or replacement subject to our store policy terms. Please do not send anything to us without contacting us first as the return address is different from our office address.

Xachoh has two shipping methods for orders placed before 12:00 which you can choose in your shopping cart before check out:

1. Standard UK Delivery - For delivery within UK, our delivery partner will aim to deliver within 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Customers will be required to sign for their delivery. 

2. Next Day UK Delivery - For UK mainland orders our delivery partner will deliver next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) except for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Customers will be required to sign for their delivery.
