SHIPPING POLICY

Xachoh has two shipping methods for orders placed before 12:00 which you can choose in your shopping cart before check out:   

  1. Standard UK Delivery - For delivery within UK, our delivery partner will aim to deliver within 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays). Customers will be required to sign for their delivery. 

  2. Next Day UK Delivery - For UK mainland orders our delivery partner will deliver next working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) except for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Customers will be required to sign for their delivery.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns

If any Goods you have purchased are faulty, damaged or incorrect when you receive them, or if you receive incorrect (or incorrectly priced) Goods, please contact us at hello@xachoh.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible (and in any event, within 30 days of receipt) to inform us of the problem and to arrange for a refund or replacement subject to our store policy terms. 

When you contact us to arrange for the return and subject to our agreement on how  and where the Goods are returned, we will be fully responsible for the costs of returning Goods and will reimburse you within 14 calendar days where appropriate. Please note, however, that we can only make a refund to the original card used to make the payment.  This includes if you are returning a gift, as we can only refund the original purchaser. The above "Returns" paragraphs are subject to our store policy.

 

Cancellations 

If you are a Consumer in the European Union, you have a “cooling-off” period within which you can cancel the Contract for any reason,  the cooling-off period ends 14 calendar days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate) receive(s) the Goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel under this “cooling-off” period,  you must inform us of your decision within the cooling-off period.  You may do so in any way you wish, but for your convenience, we offer a cancellation form on our website .  Please ensure that you return Goods to us no more than 14 calendar days after the day on which you informed us of your wish to cancel. Please contact us to obtain details of the returns address.  Please note that you must bear the costs of returning Goods to us if cancelling.  We recommend you use a trackable delivery service or purchase delivery insurance, as it is your responsibility to ensure the Goods remain as they were when they were sent to you, until we receive them back.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned Goods.  We will reimburse second class Royal Mail delivery charges (our standard delivery charge) in full as part of your refund.  However, we cannot reimburse for premium delivery.

Please note that you will lose your right to cancel, if you have unsealed, damaged, consumed, torn or broken the Goods after receiving them, or if the Goods are otherwise in an unsaleable condition.  This includes damage caused by your chosen delivery service when you return the Goods to us.  Refunds  will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods, unless you specifically request that we make a refund using a different method.  Please note, however, that we can only make a refund to the original card used to make the payment.  This includes if you are returning a gift, as we can only refund the original purchaser.
